Wike Orders Demolition of 30 Buildings on Abuja Ring Road III Corridor

FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has ordered the immediate demolition of about 30 buildings said to have been illegally constructed on the Ring Road III corridor in the Karsana area of Abuja. The directive followed an inspection of the Arterial Road N16 project, which links Ring Road II and Ring Road III. Officials said the structures were built directly along the route of the planned road. Wike said illegal developments would not be allowed to obstruct public infrastructure or alter the Abuja Master Plan. He also inspected the Zaudna-Kaba-Kagini Road and a Magistrate Court project in Garki, which he said are expected to be completed by December.
