Police Alerted After Men Threaten Adeleke and Davido Ahead of Osun Poll

Two men alleged to be political thugs from Edo State have reportedly arrived in Osun State ahead of Saturday's governorship election and issued threats against Governor Ademola Adeleke. In a video circulating online, the men allegedly threatened to remove Adeleke from office and also targeted Afrobeats singer Davido, whose real name is David Adeleke. Davido has drawn the attention of the Inspector-General of Police and the Department of State Services to the video, calling for action over the threats ahead of the poll.
