The Hidden Pressure of Building a Business

Running a business has never felt more demanding to me. Every day comes with decisions: which opportunities to pursue, when to expand or slow down, what to share publicly, and what to keep private. As my ambitions grow, so does the weight of responsibility. I think about employees, customers, suppliers, cash flow, competition, reputation, family and the future. Seeing other businesses move faster can also make me wonder whether I am falling behind. After more than 10 years in business, I am learning that entrepreneurship is not a race with one finish line. I do not have every answer yet, but I am learning to make the next right decision, then another. The journey is confusing, but I am still building.
