Loan App Sent Me Excess Money, but Still Claims I Owe Interest

I applied for a ₦17,000 loan through a fintech loan app, but I was sent ₦114,100 instead. I returned the full excess amount immediately, and the refund showed on my dashboard. However, the app still added interest to the loan. I emailed and called the contact details provided, but received no response. After the original repayment date passed, representatives began calling me from another number. Each time I try to explain that I returned the money, they end the call. They also do not answer when I call back. My dashboard now says I owe them, and the interest keeps increasing daily. Please advise me on what to do.
