Why I No Longer Trust OPay After a Failed ₦25,000 Payment

After using OPay for years, I have decided that I can no longer rely on the platform. My concerns include frequent loan and buy-now-pay-later promotions, as well as betting-related adverts. These features may encourage users to borrow or gamble beyond their means. My final straw was a failed ₦25,000 payment from the Federal Government. OPay said I had exceeded my daily limit, even though my transactions this month were below ₦2,000. Customer support told me to contact the sender because the money was not credited. How am I supposed to contact the Federal Government? Has anyone experienced a similar daily-limit issue or successfully resolved a failed incoming payment with OPay?
