Nigerian Man Denies Stabbing Film Student to Death in London Court
A UK-based Nigerian man has appeared before Stratford Magistrates’ Court accused of murdering 21-year-old film student Finbar Sullivan at Primrose Hill. He denied the charge, insisting police had arrested the wrong person. The 27-year-old defendant from Enfield was not asked to plead. He was remanded in custody and will next appear at the Old Bailey, as the case was deemed too serious for the magistrates’ court. Tributes to the victim have been left at the beauty spot, including customised T-shirts. Finbar’s father described him as a loving, creative young man who had just bought a new camera to shoot videos. Scotland Yard says the park was busy at the time and is appealing for witnesses or social media footage to support the investigation.
