‘I Never Thought I’d Survive’: Benue Man Freed After Three Days in Captivity
Imoter Barnabas Terkaa has spoken out three days after his release from kidnappers. He was abducted while travelling from Lagos to Benue State and held for ransom. The kidnappers demanded N30 million from his family before finally releasing him. After the ransom was paid, Imoter regained his freedom and returned home safely. In a Facebook post, he wrote: “Thank God I am released from the kidnappers’ den. God is really alive—call on Him and He answers. I never thought I would make it out alive, but I am here, free now.” He says he will rest for now and share more details later. Thank you to everyone who prayed for me during this ordeal.
