Isaac Fayose Claims He Sent ₦1 Million to Wike’s Aide After Giveaway Entry

Isaac Fayose says he sent ₦1 million to Lere Olayinka, a media aide to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, after Olayinka reportedly submitted his account details for a giveaway. Fayose said more than 10,000 people responded after he announced the giveaway online. He argued that the response from a government supporter showed that Nigerians across political lines are facing economic hardship. He added that supporters and critics of the Federal Government buy fuel, seek healthcare and deal with rising living costs in the same economy.
