Need Zenith Bank Corporate Referee for Account Opening in Abuja

Hello everyone, My sister’s account is on hold because Zenith Bank insists on two referees. We were never informed they must be Zenith Bank customers. We’ve submitted over ten referees from other banks, but only one was accepted without any clear explanation.
