Dr Hannah Terry, a 45-year-old GP who was among doctors on call for members of the British royal family, was found unresponsive at her Norfolk home on October 4. Prosecutors told a Norwich court that she had injuries consistent with blunt-force trauma and possible neck compression. Children were reportedly in the house for a sleepover at the time. Her husband, Mark Cain, has been charged with murder and remanded in custody. He has not entered a plea, and the case has been sent to the Crown Court.
