Erica Nlewedim Says BBNaija Backlash Forced Her to Seek Therapy

Former Big Brother Naija housemate Erica Nlewedim says the backlash she received after the reality show took a serious toll on her mental health. Speaking in an interview with Toke Makinwa, Erica said she endured years of insults and eventually sought therapy. Although she said BBNaija improved her finances and changed her life, she would not participate in a similar show again. “I’ll never go to a show like Big Brother Naija again,” she said. “I was getting like three years of back-to-back insults. I had to see a therapist because of that show.”
