Did Tinubu Say Nigerians Should Not Re-Elect Him If He Failed to Provide Electricity?

Did President Bola Ahmed Tinubu actually say Nigerians should not vote for him for a second term if he failed to provide electricity? If the statement is genuine, I do not understand why anyone should be criticised for deciding not to support him based on that promise. A leader should be held accountable for their own commitments.
