Ronke Oshodi-Oke Says Illness Cost Her Up to ₦800,000 Monthly in Medication

Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi-Oke has spoken about the financial strain of her past health challenge, saying she spent up to ₦800,000 every month on medication. She said the burden became overwhelming, but support from colleagues and others, including Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, helped her through the period. Oshodi-Oke also recalled receiving ₦150,000 from actress Sotayo after news of her illness reached her. She said the experience later led her to join the Celestial Church of Christ, while stressing that she does not condemn other religions.
