Jordan Wike Denies Role in Alleged $2.1m Abuja Land Deal Fraud
Jordan Wike has denied involvement in a civil case over an alleged $2.1 million land deal in Abuja. Safwan Garba GY and GY Global Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited claim they approached him to help secure 30 hectares of land in Katampe and another 30 hectares in Guzape. The claimants allege that $2 million was requested as a facilitation fee for the FCT Minister, while $100,000 was said to be Jordan’s personal fee. They say the cash was delivered on September 26, 2025, in the presence of witnesses. The case has been adjourned to December 1, 2026, for continuation of trial. The allegations remain before the court.
