TG Omori and The Bearded Doctor Share Alleged Encounters With Thugs in Lagos
Music video director TG Omori and social media doctor The Bearded Doctor have shared separate accounts of alleged intimidation by groups of young men in Lagos. TG Omori said men gathered outside a late-night video shoot in Ikoyi, demanding money before he left. He later learnt that they allegedly forced their way through the gate and injured a security guard. The Bearded Doctor said his team faced similar pressure during a medical outreach in Mushin. He alleged that some men demanded payment and threatened to disrupt the event, leading him to question the systems that enable street thuggery and insecurity.
