Isaac Fayose Alleges APC Cannot Win in Three High-Voter States Without Rigging

Social commentator Isaac Fayose has alleged that the APC cannot win in three of Nigeria’s states with the largest registered-voter populations without electoral malpractice. In a video shared on Tuesday, he listed Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Rivers, Oyo, Delta, Benue, Ogun and Bauchi among the major voting states. He did not specify the three states he was referring to. Fayose accused the ruling party of relying on federal power rather than grassroots support. He called for free, fair and credible elections, while alleging that opposition campaign activities were being restricted.
