Davido has responded to Omoyele Sowore after the former presidential candidate criticised Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke during a television interview. Sowore alleged that Adeleke does not have full control of the state government and claimed that members of the Adeleke family influence its administration. He also questioned the governor's capacity to lead the state. In response, Davido, who is Governor Adeleke's nephew, called Sowore “aridin,” a Yoruba word commonly used to describe a fool.
