Bae U Says He Left Skit-Making to Avoid Staying Average

Nigerian comedian and content creator Adebayo Ridwan Abidemi, known as Bae U, says he moved away from his former skit-making style because he wanted to grow beyond being “average.” Speaking on The Morayo Show, he said the decision led him to create his comedy talk show, Curiosity Made Me Ask, as he worked to rediscover his direction in entertainment. Bae U said the format was inspired by Zack’s Between Two Fence. The show has since featured notable guests, including former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
