Scored Low in JAMB? 5 Practical Routes to Admission You Can Still Explore
A low JAMB score is not the end of my admission plans. It only means I may need to choose a different route. Here are realistic options worth considering. I can apply for a related course with a lower cut-off mark and explore a transfer later if I perform well. I can also check state universities and other institutions where my score may meet the admission requirements. Pre-degree, JUPEB and IJMB programmes can provide a route to 200 level after successful completion. Polytechnic and college of education options can also lead to Direct Entry later. If I decide to retake JAMB, I should do it with a better plan: practise past questions, take regular mock tests, review mistakes and choose courses realistically. Admission requirements and transfer policies differ by institution, so I should confirm the details before applying. Which route has worked for you or someone you know?
