Robbers Kill Warehouse Guard, Steal Motorcycles in Taraba
Suspected robbers reportedly killed a warehouse security guard and stole an unspecified number of motorcycles in Zangon Noma, Jalingo, Taraba State. The attack occurred on Saturday, September 26, near Alhaji Yaro’s Office and FastTrack Hotel. The assailants allegedly entered the warehouse, attacked the guard on duty and fled with the motorcycles. Police recovered the victim’s body and deposited it at a mortuary. The Taraba State Police Command said it has opened an investigation and is working to identify and arrest those responsible. No arrest has been confirmed, and the number and value of the stolen motorcycles remain unknown.
