Jersey City Teacher Charged Over Alleged Child Sexual Abuse Material

A Jersey City high school English teacher has been arrested and charged with allegedly possessing child sexual abuse material after investigators received a tip from a cloud-service provider. Court documents reportedly state that investigators found one image and 42 videos in an online account linked to the teacher. Police later searched his home and seized two mobile phones. The school district said it immediately placed him on leave and withdrew his access to school facilities, networks and learning platforms. The case remains before the court.
