2027: Dickson Says He Is NDC, Not Obidient or Kwankwasiyya
Senator Seriake Dickson says he does not belong to the Obidient or Kwankwasiyya movements, stressing that his loyalty is to the Nigeria Democratic Congress ahead of the 2027 elections. Speaking on a television programme, Dickson said the two support movements have a right to exist independently. He noted that their leaders, Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso, are the NDC’s presidential and vice-presidential candidates. He said the party has settled its candidacy and should now focus on building a united campaign to defeat its opponents in 2027. Dickson urged supporters to take the party’s message to Nigerians instead of arguing over group identities.
