BetKing Did Not Credit My Virtual Soccer Winnings
Yesterday, I logged in to BetKing to pass time and placed bets on its virtual soccer games. After losing my first bet, I used another account and later placed a multiple-selection bet when I felt the timing was right. I monitored the game from start to finish and won, but the winnings were not added to my balance. I also could not find the betting ticket in my account history. At the very least, I believe my stake should have been refunded. It is frustrating that losses reflect immediately, while winnings can be delayed or, in this case, appear to be missing. I have evidence from some of my betting records, but this experience makes me feel that BetKing is unfair to customers.
