What Businesses Should Consider Before Building a Mobile App in Dubai
I have been thinking about how mobile apps are becoming important tools for businesses in Dubai. Retail, real estate, healthcare, logistics, hospitality and financial services increasingly use apps to reach customers and improve service. Before investing, businesses should define the problem the app will solve and the features users actually need. A real estate app, for example, may begin with listings, photos and contact details. Later, user feedback may show demand for virtual tours, viewing appointments, mortgage calculators and listing alerts. Technology choice and budgeting also matter. Businesses should weigh native Android or iOS development against a cross-platform app based on their audience, budget, performance needs and maintenance plans. The budget should cover design, backend systems, testing, security, integrations, app-store publishing and post-launch support. I believe starting with a minimum viable product can reduce risk. What has been the hardest part for people who have built or commissioned an app in Dubai: choosing developers, setting a budget, deciding on features or attracting users after launch?
