APGA Chairman Ezeokenwa Leads NWC to Inaugurate Gov. Soludo’s Second Term
Barr. Sylvester Ezeokenwa, National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), led the National Working Committee to the swearing-in of Prof. Chukwuma Soludo for his second term as Governor of Anambra State. The ceremony was held at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka and drew guests from across Nigeria and beyond. Key APGA leaders accompanied the chairman, including the two National Deputy Chairmen, six Zonal Vice Chairmen, National Secretary Mr. Ibrahim Mani, and Publicity Secretary Dr. Mazi Ejimofor Opara. They joined other party stakeholders to witness this historic event. Distinguished attendees included Vice President Kashim Shettima, former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan, ex-Commonwealth Secretary-General Chief Emeka Anyaoku, and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi. Their presence underscored the national significance of Governor Soludo’s inauguration. Governor Soludo took the oath of office at 11:50 a.m., supported by his wife, Dr. Nonye Soludo. His second term, which runs until 2030, builds on reforms in governance, infrastructure, security, and economic growth. Since assuming office at APGA, Barr. Ezeokenwa has also strengthened party structures and expanded membership. The party congratulates Governor Soludo and looks forward to further transformative programmes in Anambra State.
