I am still disturbed by the harm caused by people who produce counterfeit drinks, food and medicines. These products can seriously injure or kill unsuspecting consumers. I believe those responsible should face swift investigations, prosecution and severe penalties under the law. Agencies must also strengthen inspections and enforcement against food and farm-product adulteration, including contaminated palm oil. People who knowingly put toxic products into circulation must be held accountable for the damage they cause.
