Teenager and Parents Die After Phone-Payment Argument in India

Police said the teenager went to Khawadya Hill after the argument and threatened to jump from a cliff. His parents and emergency responders reportedly spent about three hours trying to persuade him to step away. During the rescue effort, he allegedly jumped. His father fell while attempting to save him, while his mother reportedly jumped after witnessing the incident. The bodies were recovered and taken for post-mortem examination.
