IGP Approves New Police Spokespersons for Selected Commands

The Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu, has approved the posting of new Police Public Relations Officers and Public Relations Liaison Officers to selected commands and formations. The Nigeria Police Force said the deployments are part of efforts to strengthen strategic communication, improve public access to credible police information, and deepen engagement with the media and other stakeholders. The affected postings include officers assigned to Zone 5, Zone 11 in Osogbo, the Benue State Police Command, and the Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre.
