G100 Opposition Summit Proposes Four-Year Government of National Competence Before 2027

G100 Opposition Summit Proposes Four-Year Government of National Competence Before 2027

A coalition of six opposition parties has proposed a four-year government of national competence as a transition arrangement ahead of the 2027 general election. The proposal was presented at the G100 opposition summit in Abuja. The parties involved include the ADC, APM, NDC, PDP, PRP and SDP. It said no party is being asked to dissolve or withdraw its candidate from the 2027 race. The question now is: between Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, who best fits this proposed framework?
