Raheem Sterling Charged With Dangerous Driving After M3 Lamborghini Crash

Former Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling has been charged with dangerous driving after a single-vehicle Lamborghini crash on the M3 near Minley Interchange in May. He also faces charges of possessing nitrous oxide, commonly called laughing gas, and failing to provide a specimen following his arrest. No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported. Dangerous driving can carry a maximum prison sentence of two years if he is convicted. Sterling is scheduled to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on 15 September.
