Youths in Tambuwal Local Government Area of Sokoto State reportedly burnt APC offices and blocked major highways during protests over worsening insecurity and economic hardship. A speaker in a circulating video said more than 10 villages in the Tambuwal area had been displaced amid growing security threats. The reports have not been independently verified.
