Wike Responds After Pastor Enenche Objects to Politics at Project Commissioning

FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has responded to Pastor Paul Enenche’s reported objection to political remarks during a project commissioning. Wike said he informed the cleric weeks earlier that he would speak about governance at the event. He argued that sermons also address the effects of bad governance. According to Wike, a project commissioning should involve more than giving thanks, as public officials must also discuss governance and accountability.
