AMTY Awards Disburse ₦2.5 Million to Five Winners in Anambra
Organisers of the Anambra Most Talented Youth Awards have presented ₦2.5 million in cash prizes to five winners, with each recipient receiving ₦500,000. The beneficiaries include Mater Amabilis Secondary School, Umuoji; St. John Vianney Science College, Ukwulu; St. Charles College, Onitsha principal Fr. Dr. Gabriel Ositadimma Anochilionye; innovator Kenechukwu Ndunwa; and OneGrid Energies, Onitsha. The schools said the funds will support their libraries, while the individual and startup recipients plan to invest in and expand their businesses. Organisers said prize values may increase for the sixth edition of the awards.
