IPOB Accuses DSS of Staging Waec Kidnap Alert to Distract from Kanu’s Appeal

The Indigenous People of Biafra says the DSS fabricated a plot by the Eastern Security Network to kidnap WAEC candidates in Enugu, Anambra, and Imo.
