A man says he suffered a major loss after buying 120 buckets of paint for a painting job and allegedly finding water in 46 of them. The buckets reportedly had sealed lids and intact labels, making them appear normal before they were opened. In a video, people gather as he opens several buckets and pours out their contents. The discovery could delay the job and leave him seeking answers from the seller or manufacturer.
