How Can I Legally Sell My Locally Made Pineapple Wine?

Good morning everyone. I make pineapple wine, and my husband, friends and family who have tasted it say it compares well with many commercial beers and wines. It has about 7% alcohol content and, in my opinion, is a better alternative to palm wine. My main challenge is finding the right market and selling it legally. I am concerned that restaurants and lounges may not accept it because it is not branded or approved by NAFDAC. Who should be my target customers, and what steps should I take to package, brand and market it properly?
