Rudeboy Says Going Solo After P-Square Split Was “Less Stress”

Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, says his transition from P-Square to a solo career was not difficult because he had already handled key parts of the group’s music. Speaking in a recent interview, he said he was involved in writing, singing and producing during P-Square’s active years. According to him, those roles made it easier to continue alone after the group split. Rudeboy also spoke about the pressure celebrities face to maintain appearances. He said people criticise public figures for buying roadside food, repeating outfits, using the same car or remaining in the same home for too long.
