Trying to Rebuild My Drive After Losing My P2P Business
I have felt mentally blank for the past eight months since losing my P2P business in February 2026. It has been one of the hardest periods of my life, and I now see that some warning signs had been present for a long time. Since the loss, I have struggled to find the motivation to hustle. I withdrew from people, disabled WhatsApp and deleted my social media accounts, hoping it would help me reset. So far, it has not been easy. In April, I spent over two weeks in Lagos with a friend. The trip was refreshing and helped revive a little ambition in me. Seeing areas like Ikate also reminded me of how much drive and financial discipline it takes to build the kind of life I want. I am starting this diary in the hope that I can regain my creativity, confidence and direction.
