Bauchi Man Arrested for Allegedly Attacking Neighbour Over Wife Enticement Claim

Police in Bauchi State have arrested a 30-year-old man for allegedly attacking his 20-year-old neighbour in Rahama Ward, Toro LGA. The suspect allegedly lured the victim to his home to deliver a message, accused him of enticing his wife, and attacked him with a cutlass. The victim sustained a deep cut to his left hand and was also assaulted with a horn, police said. The victim was taken to a primary healthcare centre for treatment and is said to be responding. Police recovered the cutlass and said the suspect would be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation and possible prosecution.
