Thai Man Arrested After Alleged Animal Cruelty Incident Captured on CCTV

The pond owner said he became suspicious after several fish reportedly died with injuries. He adjusted his CCTV camera and later reported the alleged incident to police. Investigators located the suspect near the neighbourhood days later. Police said he allegedly admitted to previous acts involving animals and claimed drug use at the time of the incident. He faces allegations including trespass, property damage, public indecency and animal cruelty. The fish owner says he intends to pursue legal action and secure the pond to prevent another incident.
