Why Many Entrepreneurs Start Businesses but Never Grow Them
I once worked with a client who had strong ideas and the resources to build them. He launched a platform for data and airtime sales, then moved on to a movie-streaming platform, an e-commerce site and an app. The problem was not a lack of ideas. He did not give any one business enough time to attract customers, improve the product or become profitable. Before marketing one project properly, he was already focused on the next opportunity. Many entrepreneurs make this mistake. Building a business is only the beginning; getting customers and making consistent sales requires patience and focused effort. Not every idea will work, and some businesses need a strategic pivot, but starting something new is not the same as making progress. Sometimes, the next level is not in another business idea. It is in consistently improving, marketing and growing the business you already have.
