Customs Seizes N6.19bn in Goods, Including 3.4 Tonnes of Cannabis

The Nigeria Customs Service’s Federal Operations Unit, Zone A, says it recorded 195 seizures valued at N6.19 billion over four weeks. The items included 3.4 tonnes of cannabis and 23,220 machetes allegedly brought into the country without the required permits.
