I’ve Realised Why My Technology Business Has Been Struggling With Sales

For a long time, I blamed poor sales on the market, competition, low purchasing power, limited capital and advertising. I am now beginning to see that the bigger problem may be my business positioning. I have focused too much on making individual sales instead of building a system that gives customers several reasons to choose us. Rather than waiting for someone to buy a laptop, I want to create a reliable technology hub for laptops, phones, printers, power solutions, networking equipment, accessories, office tools and, eventually, business software. My goal is to build trust, improve sourcing, expand our range, serve corporate customers, create recurring revenue and develop processes that do not depend entirely on me. I do not want to own a job that requires my presence every day. I want to build a business that can grow through people, systems, strong customer relationships and a trusted brand. The question is no longer just, “How do I sell more this month?” It is, “How do I build something customers will naturally keep coming back to?”
