Kogi Governor Ododo Mourns Former PDP Chairman Bamanga Tukur
Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has mourned the death of Bamanga Mohammed Tukur, former governor of old Gongola State and a former national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party. Ododo described Tukur as an elder statesman whose career in public service, business and national politics spanned several decades. He noted that Tukur served as governor of old Gongola State and Minister of Industries. The governor offered condolences to Tukur’s family, the Adamawa State Government and residents of the state. He prayed for the deceased to be granted Aljannah Firdaus and for his family to have the strength to bear the loss.
