Olivier Martinez Seeks Restraining Order and Sole Custody in Dispute With Halle Berry

Olivier Martinez has asked a court for a temporary restraining order against his former partner, Halle Berry, and is seeking sole custody of their 12-year-old son, Maceo. In court filings, Martinez alleged that Berry physically and emotionally abused their son during an incident on September 26. Martinez alleged that Berry grabbed Maceo by the neck during an argument and that there had been earlier incidents involving physical and verbal abuse. He said his primary concern was the child’s safety and welfare. Berry’s lawyer rejected the allegations, describing the filing as meritless and misleading. Berry and Martinez, who finalised their divorce in 2023, currently share joint legal custody of Maceo.
