Abia Content Creator Glad Unique Released on Bail After Detention Review

Abia-based content creator Gladys Linus, popularly known as Glad Unique, has been released from the Aba Correctional Centre after her lawyer secured bail at the Abia State High Court. Her detention drew public attention during Governor Alex Otti's recent media chat. The governor subsequently asked the state Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice to review the circumstances of her arrest, arraignment and remand. Her release does not end any underlying case, but it has renewed calls for due process, fair treatment of suspects and protection of citizens' rights within the justice system.
