My Mixed Feelings About Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda
I will not exonerate President Tinubu because Nigerians are feeling the pressure of hardship. Still, I believe rebuilding the country may require difficult decisions after years of poor governance. I remain hopeful that the Renewed Hope agenda can bring lasting progress, even though many people are struggling now. I also expect the government to provide meaningful support to ease the burden on citizens. My biggest appeal is for stronger action against insecurity during this second term. Dialogue should be explored where possible, but those who refuse peace must be dealt with firmly to protect Nigerians.
