WWE legend John Cena has gone bald again as he prepares for his second hair restoration treatment. He shared a photo on social media showing his freshly shaved head alongside Dr. Ken Anderson. Cena said he chose to shave his head to achieve the best possible results this time around. Earlier this year, the 17-time world champion opened up about his first hair transplant. He joked the recovery left him with an “alien head” while describing the swelling.
