Troops Arrest 15 Suspected ISWAP Collaborators in Borno and Yobe, Kill Four
Troops of Operation HADIN KAI have arrested 15 suspected ISWAP terrorists, collaborators and logistics suppliers during operations in Borno and Yobe. Eleven suspects were apprehended in Monguno, Borno, while three alleged logistics suppliers were arrested during a curfew operation in Geidam, Yobe. Troops recovered two phones, an identity card and ₦185,950 from the suspects. The Air Component also killed four suspected ISWAP fighters in a strike on a Sambisa-area enclave. Elsewhere, troops repelled an attack in Tungushe, recovered a pistol and ammunition after an encounter in Askira-Uba, and received the surrender of a suspected female ISWAP member and her two children in Mafa.
