Lagos Court Jails Trio for Assaulting KAI Officers in Ikeja

Three men have been convicted by a magistrate’s court for attacking Kick Against Indiscipline officers during a routine enforcement operation in Ipodo, Ikeja on April 21. Farouk Olori and Taoreed Alimi each received one week in prison. Ogundare Oluwatobiloba was identified based on available evidence and sentenced to one year behind bars. The Lagos State government reiterated its commitment to protecting enforcement personnel and warned that anyone found attacking officers will be prosecuted under the law.
